It was just a suitable option for a weekend break in Bath with value for price. The English breakfast delivered to our room every morning was a highlight of our stay. Be prepared for a bit of a walk uphill to get to the city center.

Solid parking situation with a dedicated space outside, saving a lot of hassle in a city where that’s hard to come by. The studio flat itself shines with its tasteful modern touches, including a fully equipped kitchen/diner tucked away from the main living area, making the space feel more open.
The walk to the city takes around 25 to 35 minutes, which could be a drag if you're not up for it. Noticed the bed seemed a bit narrower than advertised. could be tighter in that cozy studio. Heating only ran when the main house was warmed up–the supplemental heater helped, but not everyone may appreciate that degree of adjustment.

The room was clean and had some quirky touches like a cotton wool jar. It was cozy but a bit snug for two people. The honesty bar was a nice feature, especially with fresh milk available. it had a nice homey feel, though the mattress was a tad soft. It was easy to relax in, and the decor had a charming vintage vibe.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We visited the nearby hot springs and explored the Roman Baths. The room was clean, and we loved the quirky touches like the cotton wool jar. The location was great, with easy access to the city. We also appreciated the green policy for room cleaning. Definitely a unique stay!
The mattress was a bit too soft for my liking, but I still managed to catch some sleep.

Tim was incredibly accommodating when I needed an extra night! And the breakfast basket they deliver is like opening a present every morning, packed with goodies.
Wasn’t exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Loved the eco-friendly vibe and the thoughtfulness of the Honesty Bar—fresh milk and filtered water were a nice touch! Plus, the picnic breakfast hamper was a delightful surprise.
Felt truly spoilt, no complaints whatsoever.

Delightful honesty bar with fresh essentials!
The parking situation was frustrating at best. You have to fight for a spot, and the available spaces are cramped. It's ridiculous that a hotel doesn't have ample parking when the rates are so high!

the room was super comfy n spacious, we loved the breakfast served right to our room. the staff were friendly n helped us with bus info to get to the city. the location was quiet but still walkable to bath, which was a nice bonus. the overall vibe of the place is pretty charming and we loved that it was a classic victorian house.
